Fuel line replacement on a Poulan chainsaw is one of the more difficult parts of the chainsaw to replace. Replacing the fuel lines requires that you remove the air filter cover, air filter, carburetor, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel bowl, coils, spark plug, piston rings, cylinder, crankshaft, flywheel, starter clutch, air filter cover, sprocket cover, etc.! So to replace the fuel lines on a Poulan chainsaw you're better off to take it in to a small engine repair shop where they have all the tools to make sure they don't leave anything out!

If you are replacing the fuel lines on a Poulan Pro 32cc 20 inch chainsaw, the first thing you need to do is detach the cords from the spark plug, the air filter, and the choke, and remove them from the engine. Then, detach the engine cover so that you can see the fuel lines underneath.
